The rules of UVing are always in the process of being tweaked and tested. Results indicate that the average citizen has been so brainwashed by the media outlets that the advanced rules tend to be a bit overwhelming at first. In order to accomodate beginners, we are offering a basic and advanced set of UVing rules. We highly recommend using whichever set makes more sense. |
